The more a child reads, the likelier they are able to understand the emotions of others. And reading one hour a day in your chosen field will make you an international expert in 7 years.” When pressed for sources Brewer initially cited the Jenkins group. He eventually admitted these stats were questionable and recanted any connection with them; which illustrates the point that facts found on the Internet don’t have a publisher’s reputation to back them up. For a better chance of reading the truth, open a book.
