we’re going grocery shopping later on today, and we’re out of bread and bacon and milk
and sausage and grapefruit and granola and…
Pink Smoothies
Juice from one blood orange
1 ripe banana, frozen
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (flavored yogurt, frozen yogurt
or vanilla ice cream can be substituted)
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ginger (optional)
2 teaspoons honey
A handful of crushed ice
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
