Chocolate Fudge Brownie



This recipe came with my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. It’s as easy to make as it is fun to eat. 

Fudgesicle Ice Cream

2 cups whole milk
1 4-ounce package chocolate instant pudding

Place both ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well. Pour into ice cream freezer bowl, turn machine on until mixture thickens, about 15 or 20 minutes. Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer. If you don’t own an ice cream maker, chill the mixture over an ice bath; then transfer it to a deep freezer-proof baking dish or bowl. Place in freezer and stir every 45 minutes or so until mixture reaches desired consistency.
