Two Ravens

Most Americans spend most of their lives dehydrated. It isn’t that we don’t have access to drinking water. We simply forget to drink. More than a third of us are so used to ignoring our own thirst that we often mistake it for hunger. If you feel tired or have trouble concentrating, you’re probably dehydrated. Even very mild dehydration can slow your metabolism as much as 30%. If you suffer from frequent headaches, back pain, joint problems trouble concentrating or even late night snack attacks, you many just need to drink more water. Drinking just five glasses of water every day can decrease your risk of developing colon cancer by 45%. It can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%. It can even reduce your chance of being diagnosed with bladder cancer; a fact I find particularly interesting. It’s true what they say then. You either use it or lose it.
